This brilliant Italian pastry chef discovered his vocation in the family pastry shop, along with his grandfather and father. After training, a key moment in his career came that changed his course, his victory in the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie 2015. As a result of this success, he began his activity as an advisor. He is currently in charge of training, advising companies and professionals, as well as preparing people who want to participate in competitions.
