Despite his youth, Jeffrey Tan is the owner of JT Patisserie in Malaysia and one of the leading consultants in the sector throughout Southeast Asia.
His hemophobia and fear of handling livestock kept him away from the kitchen, while the possibility of spreading happiness to people led him to pastry.
