Nuño García visited some of the most important pastry shops in Barcelona and the Dos Cielos restaurant (Hermanos Torres with two Michelin stars), before deciding to travel to Singapore to work at the Marina Bay Sand complex.
After his experience in different hotel spaces in Southeast Asia, he returned to Spain, to his native Madrid to promote Clan Obrador, a bakery where he creates signature viennoiserie with restaurant dessert and haute pâtisserie touches.
