This political scientist and French teacher was looking for a profound change in her life after the sudden death of her parents. The experience of participating in a Bake Off on Polish television pushed her to take steps into the world of modern French-style pastry. In 2016, she opened Paniforemka in Katowice, an establishment that has become one of the undisputed pastry references in the country. Its popularity is so great that Sylwia Grodzka-Haba (better known as Paniforemka) has opened a second location.
