Tatum Sinclair, originally from Cleveland (Ohio), is executive pastry chef of three restaurants in downtown Chicago (Illinois) and Executive Chef/Partner of another one. Winner of Chicago’s 2024 Pastry Chef of the Year, she studied at Le Cordon Bleu and ICE in New York, and worked at a young age in Michelin-starred restaurants such as Jean Georges.
Irca ambassador in the United States, she plans to open her own restaurant (Haven) in the West Loo district.
