Winner with the Malaysian team at the Coupe du Monde in 2019, teacher for a period of time at the Academy of Pastry Arts Malaysia (APCA), Wei Loon Tan is currently in charge of a pastry shop with his own accent in Petaling Jaya – Enchanté. In addition to being the most globally recognized Malaysian pastry chef, he is helping to create a patisserie more concerned with expressing itself through indigenous idiosyncrasies.
