After more than 15 years of patisserie experience, Yusuke Sasage is the head of Plaisir’s pastry workshop in Tokyo, a temple in which a delicate cult for French specialties is professed while proposing their own more personal creations by Yusuke. Gradually, these two lines have moved closer to the point that this pastry chef has a commitment in being inspired by classic creations to propose creations with a very thoughtful touch of modernity.
