Adamance, a French fruit puree manufacturer founded in 2019 by Valrhona chefs, creators, and employees, has created a range of deep-frozen fruit purees with no added sugar or other additives for conscientious chefs. A range that is now available in North America.

In order to promote sustainability, Adamance is committed to respecting people and nature, collaborating with associated farmers to implement agroecological practices, as well as providing transparent information on traceability, using ripe fruit without any additives and sharing with the chefs all their knowledge about fruits, putting at their service more than 150 inspiring recipes.

For North America, Adamance offers 11 frozen fruit purees:
