HUG expands its collection of tartelettes with vegan proposals
HUG has expanded its popular collection of Filigrano tartelettes with three vegan offerings. The three best-selling formats (round with diameters of 3.8 cm, 5.3 cm and 8.3 cm) are now also available with purely plant-based ingredients.
Since they are produced in bakery quality, with slightly thicker walls, they are ideal if they are to stand for a long time in display cases or on buffets, or if they are to be pre-produced and frozen/thawed. The fine shortcrust pastries are produced in Malters near Lucerne (Switzerland).
Although they are designed for the vegan public, they can also be used with non-vegan fillings when a particularly long shelf life is required.
