Brief History: After more than 40 years of experience in pastry making, giving courses all over the world, and advising hotels and restaurants in this discipline, Paco Torreblanca, one of the world’s greatest pastry chefs in the last three decades, decided to open a pastry school in 2013 with his son Jacob, a school which focuses on quality, highly practical training, and which welcomes professionals from all over the world. The teaching team, led by Paco himself, take a theoretical and practical tour of the main tasks in pastry, confectionery, chocolate making, and candy.

Other facilities: The school is located in the Torreblanca group headquarters, where the offices, pastry shop, logistics and distribution center, and the workshop are. It has a classroom designed to ensure personalized teaching and a workshop of more than 600 m2, equipped with machinery and equipment with the latest technology, in which some of the practical classes are carried out.
