Brief History: The Academy was found in Kiev in 2013 to promote high standard of french pastry school in Ukraine and the whole Eastern Europe.

Description of Pastry Program:
We invite best french and chefs to make short demo courses of three or five days.
We make live streaming of our every course with a french chef that everyone may join from any part of the world.
We propose a basic pastry course in Russian/English language with 100% practical lessons.
We organize pastry trips to the best pastry schools in France.

Other facilities: (students’ accommodation, work experience, demonstrations, stores, published books…)
We provide assistance and take care about each of our international student: translation from French to Russian and English, hotel and appartements accommodation, transfer from the airport and assisting in getting visa.
