Name of School: Ferrandi Paris

Brief History: One of the great temples of pâtisserie training was created in 1920 on the initiative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris Ile-de-France, Ferrandi Paris offers a training program until Bac + 6, focused on gastronomy and hotel management jobs.

It annually receives almost 2,500 students and 2,000 adults from all over the world, and has four campuses: Paris, Jouy-en-Josas, Saint-Gratien, and Bordeaux. In addition, it is recognized by its prestigious teaching staff (experienced MOFs chefs) and by an education focused on the ability to innovate and the acquisition of business and management skills in real situations.

Other facilities: Creation (in some programs) of individual accounts in the BlackBoard educational platform and social-medical service in all campuses. Restaurant, gym, and student area with cafeteria on the Paris campus; restaurant and space for sports on the Jouy-en-Josas campus, and housing on the school premises and lunch area on the Saint-Gratien campus.
