Brief History: The Australian Patisserie Academy joins the Northern Sydney Institute as a specialist center at the hospitality hub of Ryde Campus, which features Le Cordon Bleu Sydney Culinary Arts Institute, the Sydney Wine Academy, and the Sydney Coffee Academy.
The school gives the opportunity to both professionals and gastronomy enthusiasts to deepen their pastry training, offering them the experience and knowledge necessary to stand out in the kitchen.
The courses, divided into four levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced, and master), are aimed at five disciplines: pastry, chocolate, sugar, bakery, cake design, & decoration.
One of its strengths is its teaching team, made up of internationally recognized chefs who will teach, among other things, the discovery of the art of decorating a cake or how to develop the skills to successfully compete in chocolate competitions around the world.
